Customer Services Officer Regent Training Centre location Auckland.

We are seeking a problem solving, customer service delivering superstar who has a passion for helping others. Regent Training Centre Ltd (RTC) is a Private Training Establishment focused on creating options for students through empowerment and education. A key aim is to support all learners to overcome complex barriers, whilst improving both learning and employability opportunities in a practical setting.

This busy position plays a key role in managing first impressions and helping to create a safe and welcoming learning environment on campus. The successful applicant will be the “go to” person for both staff and students alike, while supporting some administrative needs of our campus. They will also be called upon to set up campus events and whanau/aiga fono’s from time to time

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a reception/front-line role have excellent communication, administrative and organisation skills. Like working in a team, supporting colleagues and are of a caring nature. Want to make a difference in the lives of students and clients. Are calm, capable and friendly. Have a ‘can do’ attitude. Believe that ‘nothing is too much trouble’. Have a focused and professional approach. Hold a full, clean drivers licence.
