YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our growing Trade Store team based in Kwinana WA, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Provide fast-paced face to face customer service; whilst recommending the best products or services to match their needs
Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
Understanding customer’s sales history and proactively identifying requirements
Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
Some warehouse duties and lifting will be required
What you will bring to the team:

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Industry knowledge preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a warehouse environment desirable
Forward and proactive thinker who can think outside the box
Retail experience and industry knowledge advantageous, but not essential
