Your new role as an inbound Customer Service Banker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include answering inbound calls from personal customers about a range of simple to complex enquiries. Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools. Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers. Due to the ongoing nature of this assignment, only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residence will be considered for this role.

What you'll need to succeed experience working in customer service or contact centre roles. Previous experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries. Excellent time management and problem solving skills. Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships
