Home Office requirements with our head office located in Sydney, Australia, this role is exclusively working from home. You can be located anywhere in New Zealand.
Rostered hours based on our Sydney operating hours, you will be rostered for set shifts each week. The following are the schedules we are looking to put together Schedule A - 18.5 hours (NZST), Monday 5pm - 9pm Tuesday 5pm - 9pm, Wednesday 5pm - 9pm, Sunday 12pm - 7pm, Schedule B - 13.5 hours (NZST), Tuesday 5pm - 9pm, Thursday 6pm - 9pm, Saturday 12pm - 7pm.

A typical day in the life might include answering a high number of inbound calls from new and existing customers. Capturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new customers how our service works. Scheduling appointments with the right technician for the job. Resolving customer concerns and post-service queries. Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians.
Qualities of an exceptional Customer Service specialist while having experience in a call centre or sales-based role is highly favourable, we're looking for more than just that. You’re a perfect fit for our team if you are naturally curious and motivated to seek out resources to support your learning and day-to-day work. Eager to provide fast and high-quality solutions for customers while identifying opportunities to upsell.
Thrive in managing competing priorities and a fast-paced environment, staying engaged and on your toes rather than feeling overwhelmed. All successful candidates will be required to complete their initial training during business hours (AEDT) for a maximum of 2 full working weeks or equivalent.
