Customer Service Specialist Independence Australia location Melbourne.

Assessment centre // Wednesday November 2 2022. West Footscray 10am to 11:30am or 1pm to 2:30pm. Start date // Monday November 28 2022. 2 weeks paid classroom based training and 1 week of trainer mentored support when taking independent phone calls.

Paying $25 per hour + 10.5% super + generous salary packaging benefits, this exciting opportunity is ready for the right person to sink their teeth into. This exciting role encompasses the following inbound customer service enquiries. Processing inbound orders. Provide solutions to clients to ensure their needs are met. Responding to inbound email enquiries. Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients.

To be successful in this role you will have solid customer service experience in retail or a call centre environment. Possess solid skills in navigating computer systems including Outlook. Be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. Enjoy providing support to vulnerable members of our community.
