Assessment centre: Wednesday October 12 2022 - West Footscray. Group induction start date: Monday November 7 2022, 2 weeks classroom based training and 1 week trainer mentored support with first independent phone calls.

This exciting role encompasses the following inbound customer service enquiries. Processing inbound orders. Provide solutions to clients to ensure their needs are met. Responding to inbound email enquiries. Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients.

To be successful in this role you will have solid customer service experience in retail or a call centre environment. Possess solid skills in navigating computer systems including Outlook. Be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. Enjoy providing support to vulnerable members of our community.
