Work from the convenience of your home, but with all the perks of a tight-knit team all of our software is in the cloud, so working from home with Geeks2U is identical to working in the office - after a once-off quick setup, plug in your USB headset and you’re good to go. Don’t worry, we will provide you with full training so no technical knowledge or call centre experience is required.
We have a hybrid in-office and at-home team, leveraging great technology to maintain our awesome collaborative culture (think regular video-chats with your Team Leader, trivia in our company chat software, and other company-wide competitions). We use a tool called Officevibe to regularly ask for anonymous feedback from our team to give us insights into what’s really important to our staff and what we can do to improve. We continually update our knowledge base with resources to enable you to do your job effectively and with confidence.
A typical day in the life might include answering a high number of inbound calls from new and existing customers. Capturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new customers how our service works. Scheduling appointments with the right technician for the job. Resolving customer concerns and post-service queries. Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians.
