Customer Service Representative and Accounts Assistant Graham Consulting Auckland location Auckland.

Our client is looking for an extra pair of hands to support their business over a busy period. This is a great chance to join a New Zealand owned company who are key players in their industry. An opportunity now exists to join this team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement.

Ideally you will have prior experience in Accounts Payable, the Microsoft Suite and are a motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities include accounts Payable. Accurately and efficiently obtain approval for, code and enter data into Accredo and file for payment. Correctly file paid invoices. Maintain up to date special pricing in Accredo for key accounts and assist in loading approved new products into Accredo.

Loading and maintaining seasonal orders and make necessary changes as required. Attend to customer queries, complaints, and requests. Efficiently manage the smooth running of the office. Efficiently and accurately process orders.
