The Opportunity

QV Melbourne is an indoor-outdoor shopping precinct located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Accessible through its network of laneways, QV exemplifies the quintessential Melbourne experience from food to fashion and so much more - from convenience to adventure, QV has everything from culinary delights to urban attire.

 

Catering to a variety of customers, including international and domestic tourists, students, office workers and CBD residents, you’ll be the welcoming face of one of Melbourne’s most iconic destinations.

 

Join our team at QV Melbourne as a Customer Service Representative. This is an ongoing casual role, working 30 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. You will make an impact by:

Being the first point of contact for customers and retailers, delivering exceptional service.
Assisting with directions, car park validations, trading hours, and general enquiries.
Managing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
Handling information desk duties, issuing gift vouchers, and maintaining retailer contact lists.
Supporting incident coordination and smooth centre operations.
About You

You’re passionate about helping people and thrive in a role where every day brings variety. Your communication skills will ensure you can clearly and professionally engage with a broad cross section of the community. You will bring:

Relevant experience in retail Customer Service.
Sound communication skills.
Flexibility to work 30 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm.
Preferred (but not essential) is the ability to speak Mandarin.
