Customer Service Representative Randstad location Auckland. $25 - $30 p.h. + Weekly pay.

As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be working within a friendly contact centre team for a well-known New Zealand charity. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound phone calls from a range of potential customers.

You will be providing prompt customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required, contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer. This role requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech-savvy, and quick to act in high-pressure or stressful situations.

This is a full-time role with a requirement to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, with a rostered Saturday morning shift (7:30 am-12:30 pm) every 4-5 weeks. The rate of pay for this role is $26.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay.

To be eligible for this role, you must be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have a valid open work visa, able to pass a Police Check (no criminal convictions), and have proven customer service experience in contact centres, hospitality, retail, reception, or similar fields.

You must be able to work under high pressure or stressful situations, be an excellent spoken and written communicator, be technically adept, and able to pick up new technology and systems quickly and accurately.
