The Client Services Team provides an array of person-centred services through various communication channels to assess, action, and escalate incoming client/whanau queries. There are speciality functions within the Client Services team to provide you diversity, development opportunities and the chance to be part of something really special. About the role provide quality advice and support to a diverse range of clients. Ask effective questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations, in order to provide appropriate and relevant information.

Ensure clients are kept fully informed and that agreed timelines are met. Keep accurate and timely records, ensuring all relevant information has been captured. Action all queries and requests in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed. Contribute to the team, share information, and provide assistance when needed.

About you passionate about what you do and committed to the best possible outcomes for clients and their family/whanau. A great team player who can also work autonomously when needed to. Exceptional communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain efficiency and a positive attitude when juggling a busy day. Experience in the health or disability sector is an advantage, but not essential.
