Customer Service Representative Alert Group Ltd location Auckland.

We are kiwi owned and operated transport company seeking an energetic customer focused individual. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our highly motivate and dedicated team.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. We offer full training and provide opportunities for growth and further development in your role. Role answering high volume of inbound calls. Dealing with complex customer and provider queries. Articulate management of email correspondence. Handling customer feedback.

Requirements previous work experience in a contact/call centre environment. Ability to perform under pressure with great organisation and planning skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Great problem solver. Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills. Strong work ethic. Reliable. Available to work a rotational shift. Immediate Start required. Eligible to work in New Zealand.
