Customer Service Representative COTTONSOFT LTD location East Tamaki.

Cottonsoft founded in New Zealand, Cottonsoft is a market leader of high quality tissue paper products with household brands such as Tuffy, Paseo and Kiwisoft to name but a few. We have expanded the business into new categories, such as Nappies and Wipes. We also now have two sites in Auckland and one in Dunedin, which is where the business all started from and continues to go strong.

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Superstar to join our existing team. We work in a fast paced environment, so if you thrive on making things happen, as we do, and enjoy getting a job done efficiently, this role could be for you! Your first priority will be to provide great customer service to our external and internal customers using your well-honed customer service skills to deal with customer enquiries by phone or email and also process customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure deadlines are met. You will be the first point of contact and will project a positive, professional relationship with customers in a proactive manner both internally and externally. Administration tasks such as maintaining office stationery, kitchen supplies and mail duties will also be required.

What you can offer a proactive approach to everything you do. A friendly and professional phone manner. Exposure to customer service in a business to business environment. Accurate alpha-numeric skills. MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills to an intermediate level.
