Customer Service Representative New Zealand Couriers Limited location Manawatu.

In this role, you will be a part of a tight-knit team - responsible for greeting and assisting people over the phone.

Other duties for this role include, but are not limited to investigating the whereabouts of freight while keeping customers informed. Relaying information between internal and external contacts. Placing stock orders and booking courier collections for customers.

The ideal applicant will be friendly, outgoing and demonstrate the following attributes a strong commitment to help both internal and external customers. Self-reliant, adaptable and organised with exceptional time management. Positive and resilient with a strong desire to go the extra mile. Work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment.

In addition to these strengths, previous freight and intermediate computer skills are a bonus. This is a full time role rostered Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm. As well as a rotating fortnightly Saturday shift | 8:00am - 11:00am.
