Customer Service Representative Madison Recruitment Limited location Auckland.

Waterfront location with free on-site parking. Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 7.30am - 5.00pm. $24 per hour + 8% holiday pay. Tight-knit team environment.

The role this friendly office manages a wide range of customer queries via phone, email and face to face. Managing stakeholder liaison, administration and compliance are the key components of the role, duties include but are not limited to developing lasting relationships with short and long-term yachting and boating customers. Creating and organising bookings for berths. Taking payments and settling accounts. Liaising with security and problem solving. Having a numerical mind-set as some accounts assistance may be required.

About you whether it comes from a hobby, a previous career path or a just a keen interest - knowledge of the maritime industry would be beneficial in this position. Essential skills involve previous administration and customer service experience along with the below ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Resilience with a friendly and positive work attitude. Strong knowledge on nautical, boating, and yachting terminology. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to perform admin duties.
