Responsible for providing support to NSW Health and HealthShare Employees within the Customer Services Contact Centre $31.98 to $32.75 per hour.

HealthShare NSW is looking for Customer Service Representatives to contribute to our purpose of Partnering for Patients by providing service and support to NSW Health employees, HealthShare and its Customers via multiple service channels within the Customer Services Contact Centre. Above all, we are looking for someone who is able to deliver exceptional customer service and works well under pressure to ensure all customer enquiries and requests for information are tended to in a timely and accurate manner.

About the opportunity you will be responsible for handling the workflow of all HSNSW Customer Service Desk enquiries and ensure they are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. In this role, you will be interacting with customers and staff across the business, so the successful candidates will possess great communication skills and be able to maintain a high level of professional interaction.
