Our client is a Canadian based organisation where everyone works from their home, wherever they are located around the world. We are currently looking for candidates for their March intake, have your employment confirmed by the 10th February. With the freedom to explore, experiment, and solve real problems, you’ll never stop learning with this team. We are seeking proven exceptional customer service professionals from a contact centre, retail or service environment.

You will have resourcefulness, patience, empathy and the ability to navigate more difficult conversations/interactions with professionalism. Technologically proficient. Strong reading, writing and communication skills. An appropriate remote work set-up – such as quiet space, stable internet connection, and a back-up location in case of issues with the primary location.

Access to a wired internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload. The hours that we are currently hiring for are set to be a rotating schedule with varying 8-hour shifts starting anytime between 7:00 am – 11:00 am in the NZ time zone. This means some days your shifts could be as early as 7am-3pm and as late as 11am-7pm. You will have notice well in advance for your scheduled times, with the idea of having them as consistent as possible. However, due to varying needs we do require full availability. This would also include rotating weekend shifts.
