An exciting opportunity exists to join Glen Dimplex, one of Australia’s largest home appliance companies focusing on a variety of aspirational home products and appliances. We are continuing to experience strong growth and are seeking a vibrant, committed and experienced candidate to join our customer care team based just 30 minutes north from the CBD.

About the role as a valued member of the customer care team you will have the opportunity demonstrate your skills and experience in a fast based contact centre environment. You will handle incoming service enquiries as well as perform admin related tasks.

Key responsibilities of the role include handle incoming service enquiries. Register and book service requests. Troubleshoot customer issues. Handle email enquiries. General admin tasks.

Skills and experience the desired candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume, contact centre (inbound and outbound), Ability to multitask, Team player, Knowledge of whitegoods, or experience working in the home appliance industry, is preferable. Strong computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems. Exceptional written communication skills. The available role is a permanent part time position, working 2.5 days per week, to start asap.
