Customer Service Representative Hays Contact Centres location Sydney.

Your new company this is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a construction business in the south-west Sydney.

Your new role client portal, management of contact and responses to any portal communication. Daily reporting to Manager with agreed priorities, targeted timeframes and/or highlighting of issues causing delays to process tasks. Immediately reporting any incidents, hazards or near misses. Reporting injuries immediately when they occur to your Manager or WHS Manager. Follow and adhere to the Groups WHS policies and Management System. Client profile management. Meeting weekly KPI's.

What you'll need to succeed demonstrated excellence in Customer Service/Customer Relationships. Pre-construction experience. Strong Prioritisation and time management skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong administration skills with a strong attention to detail. Microsoft Dynamics or experience using a CRM.
