The company our client is a well-known organization who are seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officers to join their successful and dynamic team environment in this exciting contract role to start in January 2021.

Successful candidates will need to be flexible to work a rotating roster Mon - Fri between 7:30am - 6pm and will need to have experience in responding to a high volume of incoming calls. This role requires an individual who is passionate about providing top notch customer service and improving business performance on a full-time contracted basis.

The job in this contact centre role, you will be responsible for responding to high volume inbound phone enquiries and requests within their shared services environment. Undertake outbound calls to customer when necessary. Maintaining call records, databases and system entries. Maintenance of data using Excel spreadsheets.

You to be successful for this role, you must at least 12 months experience working in a busy contact centre. Strong technical experience to work across multiple systems is a must. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Extremely strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have x2 referees on hand a clear a National Police Check.
