Your purpose as a Doric customer service representative, you will provide a thorough customer service experience by effectively managing any issues and resolving queries as the first point of contact. Processing customer orders and providing confirmation in a timely manner. You will build strong relationships with customers and have a proactive approach to problem solving.

What you will need to succeed minimum 12 months call centre experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes. Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently. A flexible and self-motivated attitude.

Attention to detail flexible to work a monthly rotating shift: Monday to Friday 8am–4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm and 9am-5pm. This is a great opportunity for a true customer service
