Customer Service Representative Vector location Waikato.

We’re on a mission. Vector’s OnGas supplies both piped and bottled LPG to customers throughout New Zealand, with depots from Whangarei all the way down to Invercargill. OnGas retails natural gas to large commercial & industrial users throughout the North Island.
About the role our OnGas Customer Service team based in Hamilton is all about the providing an excellent customer experience and growing On Gas’s residential and commercial customer base through exceptional customer service. Other key areas of responsibility include responding to general customer and retailer enquires via phone or email. Provide excellence in customer service to all customers and identify areas for continuous improvement. Ensure customer service & billing databases are maintained with correct and updated information. Liaise with the relevant parts of the business and service providers to investigate and resolve complaints promptly.
Who we are looking for you’ll bring some previous customer service or call centre experience. You’re a great communicator and have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You will also bring the following billing, credit and service processes experience. Ability to handle customer complaints. Strong computer skills - Word and Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation. Personal resilience, positivity and enthusiasm.
