Description
Our client, a well established manufacturer of Perfumes and Cosmetics is looking for a Customer Service representative. Ideal candidate should have experience in direct and indirect customer service. Handling online and social media enquiries. The key responsibilities include interacting with customers, reviewing all posts and comments shared by customers on social media, giving correct pricing and product information, translating English text to Arabic and vice versa, proof reading and editing final translated versions. A female candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic is preferred for this role.
