Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster. Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW. We are currently seeking applications for the role of a Permanent Part Time Customer Service Representative, location Parkes.

Salary the remuneration for this role includes a base salary range of ($61,554 - $75,064), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. These amounts will be pro-rated for part-time hours.

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints, whilst maintaining privacy requirements. To be successful in this role you will have customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast paced environment. Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios. High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy. Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems. Hours of Work The hours to be worked according to a rotational/shift-pattern roster 20 hours a week over 5 days, minimum 4 hours a day. Operational hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:30pm.
