Customer Service Representative Hays Contact Centres location Wellington.
This role is 30hrs a week, Wednesday - Saturday 2:30pm - 9:00pm, Sunday 1:30pm - 8:00pm with an attractive salary of 45-53k pro rata + benefits.
Your new company this role is for people who enjoy multi tasking and working in a fast paced role. You will be helping your fellow Wellingtonians taking inquiries and providing up to date information via phone, email and social media streams. Customer service will be your passion and you will be working with a close knit, sociable team gaining valuable work experience in a top CBD based Government organisation.
To be successful in this role you will need a background in Customer Service - Be that Hospitality, Retail or Call Centre. High attention to detail, The ability to multi-task. Eagerness to learn, Empathy. And of a course you need to be a real team player. Residence or Citizenship Status.
