Customer Service Representative Kelly Services location Sydney.
Be part of renowned Bank working within their Bank Guaratees team. Our client is looking for a new an outstanding Customer Service officer to join their South Eveleigh office. The Contact Centre is the first point of contact for customer's enquires. You’ll be efficiently answering to customers questions in their channel of choice providing accurate and knowledgeable information.
Key responsibilities efficiently provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Check client and bank requests for issuance of guarantees, ensuring everything complies with bank's stardards and regulations. Monitore payments and transactions reports throughout the day. Correct any payment anomalies and report of agravated customers issues and immediate escalation if needed. Meet stablished team and personal KPIs.
The right candidate minimum 3 years of customer service experience, in a KPI driven environment. Sound understanding of Banking & Finance industry. Bank guarantees knowledge is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and hadle complaints. Exellent communication skills.
