Customer Service Representative Working with the International Team in our busy Chullora depot, we are looking for a permanent team member to support the processing of inbound / outbound freight.  Your day will be made up of resolution of customer queries quickly and accurately. Relationship management, Reporting. Collaborating with team to achieve goals and objectives. Coordination of re-direct deliveries. Taking payments, Being the escalation point on inbound deliveries.

Ideally you will have experience in a customer service role. Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure 100% delivery. Be able to work effectively within a team environment. Highly computer literate with a high degree of numeracy and advanced Microsoft Excel. The ability to ascertain root causes and develop plans of corrective action. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including presentation and reporting.
