Customer Service Representative Madison Recruitment Ltd location Auckland.
Our client is one of the leading manufacturing and suppliers for over-the-counter pharmacy products and assorted toiletries. By continuing to remain New Zealand based, they have been able to capitalise on being in tune with local demand, producing leading consumer and pharmaceutical grade products that are used by consumers of all walks of life throughout New Zealand.
Today, the company employs over 200 staff at two manufacturing sites and a head office in Manukau and has grown to be one of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical and personal care products. They are currently on the look out for an incredible Customer Service Representative to join their team.
You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls ensuring that queries are resolved immediately wherever possible. Processing all customer and internal orders accurately. Liaise with relevant internal team members regarding consumer enquiries, account issues, special pricing, stock problems etc. to ensure good service to customers.
Recognise sales opportunities and forward onto the appropriate person within the internal team. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company`s products and services. Track & Trace customer orders and deal with warehouse, carriers & claims. Process stock returns and pricing credits. Reconcile monthly outstanding claims with Account Receivable. Process Inventory transactions as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years within a customer service-based role. An understanding of inventory/warehouse processes and processing of credits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong professional and customer relationships.
The drive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction. Ability to balance a busy workload and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
