Customer Service or Warehouse Support AIMS Industrial location Sydney.

We’re a growing industrial supplier in Western Sydney which is building an Australia-wide reputation for supplying quality parts at reasonable prices, backed by great service. You will start casual as needed with a view to learning the basics with the express aim of moving this to a full-time position in early 2021.  Initially it is envisaged that you will work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will be part of a small team and be a part of expanding the business and developing the supporting processes. This is a supportive and dynamic environment.  We try to have fun, but it can be frenetic and stressful at times. As a small, changing business it is essential you’re willing to work across a variety of tasks in the office as well as the warehouse.

Key Tasks Customer Service & Warehouse Support, Quoting customers, Serving customers at counter, Following up on outstanding Purchase Orders. Unpacking deliveries, Packing shipments, Filling in for (ute) delivery driver, Key Success Traits, Love of Learning, Interest in Mechanical Parts, Team Player, Reliable & Trustworthy, Able to Solve Problems, Good Spoken & Written English, Attention to detail, Maths, Driver’s licence.
