Customer Service or Sales Support Parrs Products location Auckland.
Parrs Products is looking for a Part Time Customer Service / Sales Support Administration & Data Entry superstar, who has a real passion for providing excellent customer service and understands the company ethos of providing excellence in all that they do, having pride in NZ products and providing quality products/services to their customers.
You will join a close knit team with a very successful NZ company that was established in 1951 and is 100% family owned. They are one of the most successful New Zealand gift and skincare manufacturer/distributors in New Zealand and are very well respected within the industry.
You will be responsible for managing enquires from customers and sales team regarding orders, deliveries and product enquiries. Managing inbound sales calls, ordering and product enquiries. Data input of customers and web orders into Microsoft NAV operating system.
Reception duties. General admin duties. Contact with a small tier of customers via the call centre. Support to Sales Team and Key Account administration. It is important that we find a very special person for this role and we are particularly looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a friendly and engaging manner, a team player, a quick learner, and also enjoys variety and being busy.
Other competencies we are looking for are strong data input ability. Excellent phone manner and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Flexibility. Someone who can show initiative.
A friendly hands-on person that can get in and help wherever required. Accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Prioritisation ability and strong organisational skills. We are looking for someone who has worked in a customer service environment and has a minimum of 3 years’ experience. An interest in skincare would be an advantage.
Days of work would be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am – 2.30pm with the possibility of an additional day added in the future.
