The role is based in botany with free parking, reporting to the manager of customer service, the customer relations specialist is a central support role for both our dealerships (our customers) and our internal sales team, in this role you will balance the needs of both, this role requires you to build relations and actively reach out to dealers to deal with challenges before they become problems, you will require a true service mindset, whilst also keeping a sales focus. This is an excellent role that will make full use of your broad range of skills in customer service, administration and sales support. You will play a key role in the success of the business and be challenged daily. Provide dealer support be wingman to both your portfolio of dealers and your sales rep. ensure enquiries are managed promptly, complaints managed seamlessly and provide key stakeholders with ongoing updates on the performance of your dealers you will attend sales meeting with your sales rep to get an intimate understanding of the life of a dealer to make it easier for you to understand their challenges. Provide sales support on a daily basis liaise with your sales rep and support as required, this will include booking dealer visits, issue pricing and stock availability and following up on orders, there will be some key accounts within your portfolio, in some cases they may require special attention, brp goes above and beyond to support its dealer network. General administration input or review orders in sap monitor, follow-up and release shipments, ensure efficient and pro-active follow-ups on internal team requests (sales, after sales, marketing, etc.), create and update work flow so that business knowledge is stored and easily accessible. Key attributes & values able to quickly build rapport with stakeholders – by phone, by email and in person, positive 'can do' attitude, willing to take risks even if success is not guaranteed, takes ownership, correct mistakes and celebrate team success, say 'no,' or raise concerns when something is not quite right, identifies ways of 'doing it better, completes tasks before asked – displaying a 'winning attitude. Technical skills confident to take inbound and make outbound service calls, confident with microsoft suite, experience with sap is ideal but not a requirement, experience with salesforce or netsuite is ideal but not a requirement.
