Dive In Swimming Academy isn’t just a swim school; we are an environment where our team are family. We enjoy watching our students grow their skills to levels they never knew possible. With this in mind, we are currently on the hunt for a full-time super-star to join our Customer Service Team.

About the position we are looking for a  Front of House Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist to be a positive face of the company. The role will involve day-to-day coordination and running of the reception desk, greeting parents and their children, to ensure a positive experience each and every time they enter the premises.

The duties will include, but are not limited to greeting and welcoming families. Supporting parents with bookings and enquiries via the phone, email or in person. Recording children’s attendance.

Supporting Swim Teachers with children’s grading, skills assessments & swimming development. General administration and housekeeping, such as running reports. Serving parents and staff with canteen purchases (including making coffees). Ad-hoc tasks required, particularly during peak times.

About you successful candidates will have good customer service experience as well as have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Possess basic computer skills. Excellent phone manner. Have the ability to take the initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner individually and as part of a team.

Have availability between the hours of 8am - 7pm weekdays & weekend mornings (38 hours per week on a committed regular roster). Barista training is highly desirable, however training can be provided for the right candidate (desirable). An interest in progressing your skillset to become an assistant swim teacher highly regarded (desirable). Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain). Current CPR (or willing to obtain).
