Customer Service or Reception Eden Orthodontics location Auckland. Salary $20 - $30 per hour.

We are looking for a first impressions specialist – someone who has a friendly and approachable personality and takes our front office from a waiting room to a 5 star customer experience. Based in reception, the role has administrative and customer service duties. We prefer to see your head up, not down; to build relationships, not transactions; and to make every patient feel special every time they interact with our business. Excellent computer skills are a must for this role. This is a permanent part-time job-sharing position of about 30 hours per week (Tue, Wed and Thurs). Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
