Customer Service or Operations Admin Support Roadmaster Refrigerated Transport location Melbourne.
Customer Service and Admin Officer for Operations Team. Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week. Open to a 7am, 8am, 9am or 10am start. Immediate start | Full Time. Based in Altona, Melbourne with on-site parking.

About The role you'll be a key player in the Melbourne team, handling everything from phone calls and customer queries to data entry and general office tasks. You’ll provide essential support to the Operations Coordinators and Melbourne Operations Manager, keeping everything running smoothly with scanning, updating systems, and managing data flow. You'll ensure all information gets into the national system seamlessly, acting as the gatekeeper for crucial data. You'll be at the heart of the action, helping the team stay organised and efficient every day.
Key responsibilities answering phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide job updates or direct inquiries to the relevant teams. Work closely with Operations Coordinators to review driver paperwork and ensure all required information is completed. Assist with job data entry and updates and ensuring there are no discrepancies between systems.
Scan and index Proof of Deliveries and other hard copy documents. Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both professionally and in daily interactions. Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems as needed. A genuine desire to make each day productive and enjoyable with your team.
