EVOO Quality Foods is a family owned Food Service Business, located in Bibra Lake. We are looking for a Customer Service / Data Entry person to start immediately who can work in a small open office environment in a job share situation, assisting the managing director on various tasks on a daily basis. This is a fast paced role that requires high attention to detail and someone who can work well under pressure.

We are seeking someone who can work the shifts of 6.00am - 2.30pm and 11am – 5pm weekdays. The position will be casual, 3 to 4 days a week and a rotating Saturday morning roster (6.30am - 10.30am). You will need to be flexible with your days, hours and will also need to be able to cover sick leave (sometimes at short notice), maternity and annual leave. After a 12 month probation period we may be able to offer a permanent position subject to a performance review.

Your Main Duties will include, but are not limited to taking of and entering orders (via phone and email). Processing, editing and fulfilling orders to invoices. Responding to sales inquiries. Calling customers and clients for orders. Creating quotes / tenders (Excel). Data Entry into MYOB. Normal office duties (filing etc). Creating Marketing Booklets / Pamphlets. Meet all deadlines in a professional and timely manner. Loading customers special pricing on our website. Creating and Formatting Monthly Flyers.

Other Duties that you will be required to learn (for back up coverage) in the office maintaining products on website. Special projects as instructed by directors. Processing supplier invoices. Assisting the Purchasing Manager and Accountant with inquiries.

Full training will be provided, however our requirements are at least 5 years office experience (Essential). A positive can do attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office – (Excel and Outlook Essential). MYOB knowledge preferred (Account Right). Bookkeeping or accounts experience (not essential but an advantage).

Meticulous attention to detail. A pleasant and confident phone manner. 100% reliable and punctual. Take ownership of the position. Some knowledge of the Food Service Industry preferable. Able to work in Australia. Physically fit to work. Knowledge in Shopify Website (not essential but an advantage).
