Customer Service or Call Operator Ray White Castle Hill location Sydney.
Ray white castle hill, one of the biggest - and busiest - real estate agencies in the hills district, is now looking to hire multiple call operators within our customer solutions team. We’re on the hunt for self-motivated, enthusiastic and talkative individuals to reach out to our new and existing clients, helping us to meet our customer service goals and support the work of our agents.
The role the casual role consists of 15-20 hours per week, with a generous hourly rate, and can be performed remotely. Work hours are between 10:30am and 2:30pm, monday to friday. Hours and days can be flexible for the right candidate.
The position includes making calls to our new and existing client base, confirming/updating information, and documenting conversation outcomes. Identifying possible sales opportunities and liaising with our sales executives when appropriate and lead generation.
Our preferred candidate will display outstanding customer service abilities. Excellent and professional phone manner. Clear and effective communication skills. Effective time management skills. Strong computer literacy. A positive attitude.
While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not essential. Full training and a generous hourly rate will be provided. Initial in-person training will be provided from our castle hill office.
