Customer Service or Accounts Receivable Private Advertiser location Melbourne.

Alpha Seafoods is seeking an enthusiastic and extremely organised individual to join our team on a full time basis in the Food Service Industry. If you pride yourself on your ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure, are punctual and reliable and can provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail, then you may be the person we are looking for.

The working hours will be from 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Permanent Full time employment. All relevant training will be provided, however you will be experienced in all aspects of customer service and accounts receivable.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner. Customer Service - providing information on products, order status and prices. Sales - dealing with customer's enquiries, identify sales and service opportunities. Taking customer's orders over the phone and email. Data Entry - entering sales orders, invoicing, processing payments and credits. Accounts Receivable - Accurately maintaining and managing customer's accounts, Debt Collection, Processing daily delivery run for drivers. General admin duties Providing extra support to business owners when required. Liaising with warehouse, operations and directors.

The successful candidate will have the following experience in a similar role is a advantage. The ability to multi task and work under pressure. Accurate and fast data entry skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. A desire to hold a permanent stable position. Strong computer skills. Interest to learn about the Food Industry and product core lines, Vaccinated.
