About the position we are seeking full-time Client Service Officers to join our energetic and friendly Client Services team. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Client Services, you will be supporting a variety of customers across Australia requiring EAP assistance. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality mental health services and we know that our customer service team is the core of our success.

You will have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy problem solving and take ownership of enquiries. You will appreciate working with a variety of customers, from many industries, and have an interest in building a career in a unique customer service environment within a national EAP organisation.

Responsibilities include understanding the needs of the client and respond to queries on a case-by-case basis. Scheduling counselling appointments for clients with our network of consultants. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients seeking support. Ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with client information. Providing information and guidance about our services to clients. Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who can demonstrate experience in delivering an outstanding customer experience and knowledge in dealing with a diverse customer base. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, flexible environment and be able to multi-task across different systems.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication skills with high levels of empathy and care for customers, solutions-focused approach in handling customer queries

Key details multiple full-time positions available. Part time may also be considered (4 days/week). Must be available full-time for first 2 weeks of employment for training purposes. Workdays: Monday – Friday. Hours Business Hours – rotating roster between 7am – 6pm including public holidays.
