Customer Service Officers Randstad location Adelaide. $41 - $46 p.h. + superannuation.

Randstad is currently partnering with a large, growing Federal Government Department who is looking for multiple staff to fill upcoming Customer Services Officer positions in a large call centre environment. Pay Rates $41-46 per hour + superannuation. Full Time Hours, Monday – Friday. Long term contract.

Duties and responsibilities would primarily include assist diverse Australians by providing support for job seekers, employers, and interested public to provide feedback and get assistance with employment services. Liaising with all callers surrounding their concerns, questions, and feedback. Assisting with first contact resolution.

Providing customer service over the phone, as well as written correspondence. Effectively researching and sharing employment services information between individuals. Familiarising yourself with the companies processes, policies, procedures, and systems, and communicating them effectively to callers. Promoting online government services and resources to improve customer experience.

The successful candidate would be able to provide quality customer service, both written and verbal. Empathetic and understanding of culturally diverse individuals and/or difficult situations. Able to remain calm, resilient and professional in a challenging environment. Highly emotionally intelligent and able to work in team environments. Available to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a weekly basis.
