The box tickers. Start date of 14 August 2023. Interviews take place on Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th of July. Multiple positions available including perm & 12 month fixed term contracts. $75-79K inclusive of super + benefits (Salary dependent on role/area of business). Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 6 PM shift times, rotated every 4 weeks. No weekends. 100% values based & act by the values of compassion, integrity & collaboration. Melbourne CBD Location. Pure customer service, investigate and provide the best service.

The opportunity customer service officers are responsible for ensuring exceptional customers to existing clientele. Your day will be varied. You will deal with complex customer service calls that can vary in length, resolving issues, investigating, forming reports, and using multiple systems. This is a pure customer service role with no sales, upselling, or cross-selling. You will be taking around 10-30 calls, extensive email correspondence, case management, troubleshooting & more.

About you previous Customer Service Experience (Call center, disputes, retail or hospitality management). Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex customer service role. Customer-obsessed and go out of your way to assist. Have an analytical mind and can make quick decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A strong team player who likes to add value where they work. Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
