Our opportunity the Customer Experience area is seeking a customer service professional to work in the Communications, Customer and Cultural Services department. The successful applicant will be required to work across Council's various customer contact channels being, including; Telephone, Email, Web/Social Media and In Person.

To be successful in the role, applicants will need to demonstrate experience in working in a busy contact centre environment answering a high volume of telephone calls. Responding to customers in writing via our email and web contact channels. Providing face to face customer service via the front counter at Council's Corporate Centre. Ability to multi-task and input general enquiries and requests for service into Council's CRM.
