Customer Service Officer. Help make a difference to communities across the globe. Full Time, 12 Month Contract With Possible Extension to a Permanent Role. Box Hill Location With Complementary Parking and Salary of $45,000 + Super. You will be working for an organisation who are creating a lasting impact by working with projects across the world to help eradicate the causes and consequences of Leprosy. Leprosy is a curable neglected tropical disease and you will be taking donations and providing administration support which will assist them in their fight to provide local communities across the globe with access to leprosy treatment.

Your role will be vital in helping to develop and maintain long-term relationships with supporters alongside providing exceptional and courteous customer service to both external and internal stakeholders to achieve their vision of “’Leprosy Defeated. Lives Transformed’’. We are seeking a passionate, energetic, self-driven Customer Service and Donation officer to work for a Not-for-Profit organisation based in Box Hill. Your role will be to make both inbound and outbound calls to supporters in addition to administration and data entry work.

You will be working full-time hours (37.5-hour week) and in return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of $45,000 + Super. Working for a Not-For-Profit Organisation you will have the opportunity to apply for salary packaging. This means allocating a portion of your salary to pay for certain expenses such as living expenses and meals and entertainment before your income tax is calculated. The ideal candidate who has strong administration experience and phone experience and be someone who is intuitive and resilient. You will pride yourself on your written and verbal communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
