About the role this is an opportunity for a self-driven individual who loves to create an exceptional customer experience every time. As a Customer Service Officer with Adventure Trading NZ, you will be responsible for acting as a bit of an all-rounder. The main responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) taking inbound calls. Providing administrative support for sales team/warehouse team.

Assisting customers with order enquiries and product questions. Providing after-sale customer service – via phone and email. Resolving credits, returns and warranty enquiries in a timely manner. Troubleshooting end user issues and providing technical advice. Data entry and processing sales orders and warranty claims. Assisting with the business social media. Assisting the warehouse with picking/packing of orders and completing other day to day administrative tasks.

Interest and possible knowledge in outdoor/fishing products/industry. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Savvy computer/social media knowledge/skills. Able to build effective relationships. A passion for what you do and a high care factor. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and experience using erp system.
