Customer Service Officer Airport Parking location Melbourne. Salary $46K + Super + 5 weeks Annual Leave.

Being part of a happy, friendly and team orientated culture, the successful candidate will have an exciting varied role working in all departments, Shuttle Bus, Customer Service & Yard parking of vehicles,  based in Tullamarine.

About the role high focus on outstanding customer service. Transporting customers to and from Airport & Port Terminals. Assisting with Checking Customers in and out on our computer system. Organisation of Shuttle Buses to airport terminals. Ensuring Customers are collected in a timely manner on their return trips. Valet parking of customer vehicles.

Skills and experience able to multitask in fast pace environment. Outstanding customer service skills. Outstanding communication skills. Full driver's license & able to drive both manual and auto vehicles. National Police clearance required. Have or able to obtain a Driver's Authorisation (DA). Able to work 2 night shifts per week, 3 afternoon shifts including some weekends & public holidays.
