Inbound Customer Service Officer HOBAN Recruitment location Melbourne. Salary $27.66 - $28 p.h.

The client a leader in electronics and home appliance brands, their products and services span more than 1000 retail stores across Australia, making them one of the best and well known brands in the business.

The position working in their high performing South East location call centre, you will take high volume incoming calls from customers regarding their appliances and services. Calls may involve first level technical trouble shooting.

Responsibilities first resolution calls regarding products and services. First level technical trouble shooting - referring higher level technical calls on. You may be required to make outbound calls to follow up on customer queries. Use your own initiative to resolve customer queries, in an empathetic, customer focussed way.

Skills and experience previous experience working in a call centre taking high volume calls. Knowledge of technology and home appliances beneficial. Driven to excel in customer service.
