About the opportunity you will provide effective administrative and support services to facilitate the smooth operation of a team/unit.Your day will be filled but not limited to the following a range of administrative support to the team/unit that support efficient delivery of services to FACS clients/customers. Customer service and reception duties, Accounts Payable. Record Keeping and file management in accordance with standards and guidelines. Liaison with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings etc.

Candidates can be required to work across all units across either Hunter or the Central Coast to backfill ongoing staff who are on leave. The Central Coast locations are Gosford and Wyong. The Hunter locations are Charlestown, Mayfield, Edgeworth, Cessnock, Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Newcastle.  We are looking to create a recruitment pool to fill future temporary and ongoing vacancies in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.  The pool may be used to fill similar roles at the same grade.

About you to be eligible to apply you must have previous experience in customer service or administration and financials. A Working with Children clearance number prior to commencement in the role.

What we offer competitive base salary range $ 64,799 pa - $ 70,425 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
