Working across Council’s multiple service centres, you must have a strong track record providing exceptional frontline customer service with contact centre experience highly desirable. You will have demonstrated experience working with the public to resolve complex customer enquiries in a customer focused environment. You will need a flexible approach to accommodate a rotating roster across Council’s service centres. You will have a confident approach to adopting emerging technologies including digital resources.
