Customer Service Officer Morgan Consulting location Melbourne.

The company we are currently working with a national transport and distribution services company, renowned for their extensive network across the country. They are composed of a solid team of talented professionals who work with one common goal in mind - to provide the best customer service.

The position they are now in need of experienced Customer Service Officers to join their VIC, NSW and QLD teams on 3-6 month contracts with potential to go permanent. Reporting to Head of Customer Experience, this role is crucial to the overall functionality of the business with the purpose of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in order to ensure that all customer enquiries are resolved in a professional, efficient and timely manner.

Requirements 2 - 5 years’ experience in a phone based customer service role. Ability to resolve customer service issues for each and every client. Experience working with Zendesk (or other ticketing system) is essential. Previous experience working in the transport and logistics industry preferred. Strong computer skills are a must - experience with the MS Office Suite including Teams. Exceptional communication and listening skills. Strong organizational skills - ability to prioritise and work in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.
