Customer Service Officer Hays Contact Centres location Sydney.

Your new role as an inbound customer service representative, you will be providing excellent customer service to retail customers. This will involve assisting with everyday banking inquiries including credit card queries, account queries, transactions and internet banking. You will receive a high volume of calls, accurately updating contact details and escalating complex issues where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed the successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and understand how to effectively manage a busy workload, having worked in a fast pace environment previously. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to cope under pressure. You will ideally have experience working in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional service.
