Customer Service Officer Hays Contact Centres location Melbourne.

Your new company our client is one of the largest FMCG organisations in Australia and New Zealand. They are located in Docklands and are looking for multiple inbound customer service consultants to begin 11th June 2020. The operation hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 7am - 6pm. This role is for a minimum 6 months with a view of extension.

Your new role as an inbound customer service consultant, your role will include answering calls from existing customers, Liaising with the warehouse and transport teams, Data entry, Providing exceptional service, Adhoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed to be considered for this role, you will need previous contact centre experience preferred, or face to face sales or service. Exceptional and clear phone manner.  Ability to work with rotating rosters, including the occasional Saturday. Ability to attend a skype assessment centre on the 5th June 2020. Aus citizen or permanent resident only as this role may extend over 6 months.
